These replacement transmission cases are permanent
mold cast from A356-T6 aluminum for strength and
durability. CNC machine finishing provides close
tolerance accuracy for an exact fit every time. All OEM
transmission components are compatible with this case.
They come with the trap door which includes ball
bearings, main bearings, main seal, as well as snap
rings, hardware, etc. The countershaft bearing is also
installed in the trap door along with the shifter bushing.

INNER PRIMARY CASES
This inner primary case permanent mold is cast from
A356-T6 high grade aluminum for superior strength
and CNC machined for exact fit. These high strength
cases are thicker through the middle for added durability
between the motor and transmission. These cases
come with the main bearing and seal, the starter shaft
oil seal, the starter shaft bushing, and the chain adjuster
installed.
All Delkron FXR inner primaries come with the mid-
shift hole drilled. The hole is plugged so it can be used
on models with forward controls or simply knock the
plug out for mid-shift applications. 1990 and earlier
mainshafts have a 1.00" O.D. and must use the stock
bearing P/N 9135 which can be obtained at your local
dealer.
NOTE**All Delkron inner primaries come with an
upgraded sealed main-shaft bearing. This bearing fits
directly on the main-shaft and will require the stock
spacer to be removed before installation.
