WELD ON BRAKE STAY
TC Bros. Choppers universal fit, weld-on brake stay mounting
tabs are CNC laser cut from 1/4” thick American made mild steel
for easy welding. Vintage style curves and contours provide eye
appeal while the 3/8” diameter hole makes for easy attachment of
your brake anchor rod end.
IGNITION SWITCH TABS
TC Bros. Choppers universal fit, ignition switch mounting
tabs are CNC laser cut from 12 gauge (.105” thick) American
made mild steel. Vintage style curves and contours provide
eye appeal while saving you serious time on your build. Most
ignition switches require a “D” shaped installation hole to
prevent rotation while turning the key. These tabs have the
proper shaped hole to fit most ignition switches with 3/4” or
13/16” diameter threads. The bolt-on ignition switch mounting
tabs come with a durable black powdercoat finish.

WELD ON REAR FENDER MOUNT
TC Bros. Choppers universal fit, weld-on fender mounting
bracket is constructed from a single piece of 1/4” thick Ameri-
can made mild steel for easy welding. Vintage style curves and
contours provide eye appeal while the 5/16” diameter mounting
holes make for a simple installation. Leather washers are pro-
vided to prevent paint damage and provide vibration resistance.
This fender bracket is most commonly used to mount flat profile
fenders (4.5” minimum width) to a frame cross member. The
straight portion of the bracket is easily trimmed to length to fit
your application.
