TC Bros. Choppers USA Made Universal Hardtail Kit. The
CNC Mandrel Bent Tubing is 1 1/8" Diameter Steel with .120
(about 1/8" wall thickness. The axle plates are CNC laser cut
from 3/8" thick steel and have an integrated mounting tab for
easy fender mounting. The axle slots are 20mm (.787"). In
addition to the cross tubes offered, we also include solid cold
rolled steel slugs that fit tightly into the inner diameter of the
tubing for joining the hard tail to the stock frame tubes. You
can determine stretch, ground clearance, width, etc. Fitment
possibilities are nearly endless. Remember that since this kit
is universal, you will be responsible for modifying your frame
and making this kit fit and function properly. All modification
is done at your own risk.
TC Bros. Choppers USA Made Custom Chopper/Bobber
Battery Box and electronics box that looks like a round
oil tank. The electronics box is 4.5" diameter and has
removable caps for hiding all of your wiring and ignition
components while still having access to them. Mounts
are already TIG weldedin for you and mounting bolts
are included. Kit is rawfinish steel and ready to paint.
Mounting straps for both the battery box and electronics
box are included and ready to bolt or weld on. Battery box
fits a 12N14 type battery perfectly. Can fit many models
and applications! Battery Box dimensions: 4-1/4" W, 5-1/2"
H and 5-7/8" L. Electronics Tank(fake oil tank) dimensions:
4 1/2" diameter x 8" long with caps installed.

TC Bros. Holey battery boxes come in two sizes for
YTX14AH, 12N14 or YTX20, YB16 series batteries. Inside
dimensions of small battery box are 3.75in wide x 5.5in
long. Inside dimensions of large battery box are 4in wide
x 7in long. Proudly made in the USA! Includes stainless
mounting hardware and rubber cushion to isolate battery
from vibration.
