BIG BORE KITS
• Feature a cast aluminum cylinder with a nickel carbide plated
bore
• All kits come with a cylinder, cylinder head, piston assembly
(piston, rings, wrist pin, and circlips), carbon reeds and all top
end gaskets
• Carburetor, listed below, is recommended for these big bore kits.
• Crankshafts are a great alternative to an OEM replacement
crankshaft and are manufactured to the highest standards
• Replacement piston kits and top end gasket sets are available
separately
• Manufactured to the strictest
standards by Dellorto
• Larger size than stock carburetors
• Performance matched to the
Athena 70cc cylinder kits
• Dellorto replacement main jets
are available separately
• Carburetors may require
modification of the existing throttle

power supplied by Athena big bore kits
• Primary gear sets provide a higher gear ratio than stock (22% to
