This construction ensures complete water resistance while also reducing the overall weight. With a waterproof rating of 18,000 mm and breathability of 14,000g/m² › IXO: IXO Fabric is used on the RST Packable overcoat. Designed for lightweight and functional rain protection. With a waterproof rating of 10,000mm and breathability of 5,000g/m², it offers reliable performance in wet conditions while remaining easy to carry and wear. › SinAqua Pro: A ultra-durable waterproof and breathable membrane, offering exceptional breathability of 11500 g/m2 and a waterproof rating of over 15000mm. › SinAqua: A durable waterproof and breathable membrane offering breathability of 5000 g/m2 and a waterproof rating of over 10000mm. LEATHER: › Kangaroo leather: Kangaroo leather offers up to double the tensile compared to standard cowhide, enabling a lower thickness to be used. Our kangaroo leather is between 0.7 – 0.9mm thickness which enhances the comfort to the user while providing excellent abrasion and tear properties. › Premium drum tanned Cowhide: The highest quality cowhide, drummed dyed and treated with special silicones, only full-grain leather is used. This leather offers superior abrasion and tear resistance and is super-soft and supple. › Cowhide: RST only use cow hide that offers excellent abrasion and tear strength. Each hide is visually inspected and batch tested before being selected for use by one of our in-house craftsmen. Cowhide thickness used is 1.0-1.3mm. › MicroFibre: Synthetic leather, ideally suited for boots. Easily shaped to aid construction, water repellant and resistant to stretching. TEXTILE: › Ballistic: A densely woven, heavyweight synthetic fabric made with fine Nylon and Polyester fibers, providing exceptional abrasion resistance, as well as superior tear and cut strength. › MaxTex: MaxTex is a high denier synthetic polyester fabric that offers a good balance of protection and ergonomics. › MaxTex Lite: MaxTex Lite is a lower denier synthetic polyester fabric that offers more comfortable but still retaining its balance of protection and ergonomics. › MaxTex Lite - S: MaxTex Lite – S is a more adaptable version of Maxtex Lite contains an additional 8% elastane, enhancing the fabric’s stretch for greater comfort while maintaining protective qualities. › Ripstop: Our Ripstop is 100% Nylon, highly durable and designed for extreme toughness, making it perfect for garments worn in the harshest conditions.
