Our studs, innovative, with a unique design and superior quality, are suitable for any kind of vehicle and will meet your needs. The reputation of our products is renowned, because of their safety, their simple installation and our comprehensive range of long-lasting solutions suitable for any weather condition. We have several kinds of studs designed for automobiles, agricultural vehicles, heavy and light machinery, recreational vehicles, snowmobiles, forest vehicles, military vehicles, mining vehicles and bikes, as well as for safety boots. All iGrip studs are manufactured in hot dipped steel to maximize their durability and with a zinc heat galvanization process which acts as a shield against corrosion. All studs are equipped with a tungsten carbide point to provide a continued and increased traction. This is possible thanks to unparalleled depth of the stud’s anchoring in the ice. Easy and quick to install, especially because of the tool provided, the iGrip stud may be used without any difficulties more than one season on new or used tires. As well, the studs are easy to remove, as needed. SNOWMOBILE STUD GUIDE - USE THIS TO HELP CALCULATE STUD QTY: Here’s how to figure out how many rows you have on your track: Take the length of the track and divide it by the drive pitch (distance measured between each row). ex. Track (137’’) divided by pitch drive (2.86’’) = 47.90 - You have 48 rows. Here’s how to figure out how many studs are required for your track: If you put 4 studs per row it gives you the following: 48 (rows) x 4 (studs) = 192 studs required, a pack of 200 studs. If you do a 5-4-4 stud pattern which gives you an average of 4.33 studs per row then you get the following: 48 (rows) x 4.33 (studs) = 208 studs required, a pack of 250 studs. Tunnel protectors recommended for snowmobile use. If the heat exchanger is in the front middle of your sled, we recommend skipping the stud on the middle THE BENEFITS OF USING IGRIP STUDS • Easy to install (tools and guide supplied) and to remove • Enhanced off-road performance • Fuel economy • Less noisy alternative to chains • Excellent alternative to traditional “tire studs” • Enhanced safety • Better grip • More stable driving • Improved vehicle braking capacity • Lasting durability • Light EXPLANATION OF PART NUMBER CODE: Prefix SS- or ST-, SS is shoulder type, will install until the shoulder is embedded in the rubber. For more aggressive applications and more solid rubber lugs. First 2 numbers after the prefix indicates length. Example: SS-30 = Shoulder Stud, 30mm. Last numbers indicate qty per package. Example SS-30100 = Shoulder Stud, 30mm, 100/pk. Some may have an “R” at the end, indicates Race and has a pointed carbide tip. This will be for more aggressive traction properties. Models with no “R” will have a longer flat carbide tip. TRACKS / STUDS / SPROCKETS
