BALLISTIC A densely woven, heavy weight Polyester fabric using fine fibres that offers extreme abrasion resistance, tear and cut strength. BONDED NYLON THREAD Used in leather garments, Bonded Nylon is stronger than regular Nylon threads. The bonding agent which coats the Nylon fibres give this thread added strength and reduces friction at the needle resulting in smooth and strong stitches. K-540 MESH With larger holes (4 times larger than K-492) K-540 mesh fabric flows a massive amount of air whilst still providing protection against abrasion, tear and cut strength. MAXTEX MaxTex is a 600 denier Polyester fabric that offers a good balance of protection and ergonomics. Developed exclusively for RST, MaxTex offers a higher abrasion resistance than regular 600 denier Polyester. MICROFIBRE Synthetic leather ideally suited for boots. Easily shaped to aid construction, water repellent and resistant to stretching. MOTION PANEL An area of accordion panel stitched leather or fabric backed with elastic to offer greater ergonomics and easy natural movement whilst wearing the garment.
