21 HELMETS EYEWEAR RACEWEAR OFFROAD BOOTS PROTECTION YOUTH CASUAL LUGGAGE PROMOTIONAL REFERENCE We designed our ventilation system with performance and comfort in mind. We have pushed our designers to create a High-Flow ventilation system. Vent channels in the EPS connect the intake vents to the exhaust vents, thus creating a complete cooling system. Channeling cool air into the helmet and pushing hot air out. Remove the comfort liner on any FLY Racing helmet to reveal an array of engineered ventilation channels. Our High-Flow ventilation system maximizes airflow to keep you cool and performing at your best. H I GH - F LOW VE NT I L AT I ON All FLY Racing dirt helmets use a foam liner called Expanded Polystyrene (EPS). This foam manages the energy produced from an impact. While traditional helmets only utilize one layer of EPS, FLY Racing helmets utilize two. The two layers of EPS are formulated in unique densities independent from one another. These different densities allow the helmet system to more progressively manage energy over a wider range of impacts when compared to traditional helmets with only one layer of EPS. DUA L - DE NS I T Y E P S FLY Racing helmets are constructed and hand crafted using only the highest quality materials. These materials were selected to meet specific performance standards while providing best in class value. We have developed two distinct shells, a Carbon Matrix Composite and a Polymer shell. Our Carbon Matrix Composite helmet shell is constructed using a blend of carbon and Dupont™ Kevlar® synthetic fibers. As a result, these two fibers work together to deliver the lightest and most robust composite helmet shell on the market. Our Polymer helmet shell utilizes a very high quality thermoplastic polymer called Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene. Every polymer helmet shell is meticulously designed to balance weight and strength to provide the very best features and value within its category. SHE L L CONS TRUC T I ON
