Since hex wrenches of this size are not easily available, CruzTOOLS developed the Axle Hex Adapter with 19mm and 22mm hex sizes separated by an “E” clip. Measuring only 1 inch (25mm) long, one simply needs to use a standard socket or adjustable wrench in conjunction with the axle hex adapter.
